Training is a cornerstone to building a successful career in construction. Since 1969, DCA has provided comprehensive training programs to insure a highly skilled, productive, and motivated workforce. DCA staff stays current with the latest requirements of the ever-changing regulatory world.
Education
To stay ahead of the changing needs of the industry, members turn to DCA for workforce development and educational programs. Conducted in the DCA Training Center and in other venues, including the University of Delaware and Delaware Technical and Community College, these courses are designed to develop and enhance the skills and increase the knowledge of office and field personnel.
DCA’s educational programs cross a wide spectrum of topics…from technology enhancements for the construction industry, to managing insurance costs through health and wellness, the programs touch on areas of need and interest to Members.
